@ecomcharlo @Shopify lol if my ai agent wrote that it would've closed with a discount code. that one was just me being sentimental at 2am.

@Shopify that first stranger review hits harder than your first $1k day honestly. it's the moment you realize you built something people actually want, not just something you convinced yourself they need.

cleared ~$245k using a setup like this recently people think scale comes from better creatives it doesn’t it comes from how fast you can produce and test angles this is the system: – one product – multiple static angles generated with ai (like these) – each angle pushed into meta as separate tests – all driving to amazon claude handles hooks + positioning images get created and launched in minutes no designers no long revisions no waiting cycles just launch → read data → double down same structure repeated daily that’s how volume compounds into revenue rt + comment “angles” and i’ll send the full breakdown (follow for dm)

Ad & SEO agencies can add 5-10 clients without making a single hire by rolling out hermes to their agency. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out how to install it, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% 10 new clients at 5k/mo= 50k/mo in new profit just from this one tool. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

Product Landing pages Offer Ad creative LTV You launch creating the foundation of all that by yourself. Prove concept. Then build systems to continually optimize those same things. It’s not more complicated than that. And if you don’t skip doing the entire foundation yourself you’ll know if the people you hire are shit or great. Gurus like to act like it’s more complicated only so you feel so overwhelmed and you have to pay them. Fuck em. You got this.

R.I.P. briefing designers and calling skills one at a time. This playbook just broke the entire manual marketing production workflow. Marketing teams in 2026 are still: Briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes Calling skills one at a time when one brief should trigger the whole sequence Manually pushing skill files to teammates every time something updates And it's not working because there is no system connecting the brand, the skills, and the team into one compounding workflow. That's why I put together the only playbook you need to build, run, and scale a full marketing skill stack in Claude Code and Claude Design. Here's what's inside: → Brand Design System Extraction (10-15 minutes from branded landing page to portable skill file every other skill calls automatically) → Three-Type Skill Stack Framework (brand skills first, function skills second, specialty skills last - the exact build order that makes every output consistent) → Four Function Skills (campaign planning via Perplexity MCP, social content from your storytelling framework, carousel design exported slide by slide, animated video with storyboard first) → Multi-Skill Orchestration Setup (routing rules in CLAUDE.md so one brief triggers research, content, creatives, and landing page in the right order automatically) → Parallel Sub-Agent Configuration (complex tasks routed to sub-agents running simultaneously, simple tasks executed directly by skills) → Notion Skills Library with Auto-Sync (weekly routine pushing updated skills to your team at 9am so nobody installs the wrong version) → Notion Kanban Task Board (teammates drop tasks in, Claude picks them up, executes, updates status to Complete, and logs output file paths) → Remote Control Setup (type /remote-control in Claude Code, open the link on your phone, assign tasks to Claude while away from your desk) If you want it: 1. Follow me 2. Comment "MARKETING" I'll send it as soon as I get a chance.

I just built a Claude Code marketing skill stack that plans campaigns, writes social posts, designs carousels, and produces animated videos from a single brief every week. Feed it your brand design system, your best-performing content, and a campaign brief → it studies your voice and visual identity → generates on-brand assets across every format while you review and approve. All inside Claude Code and Claude Design. Perfect for marketing teams and agency owners who are still briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes, calling skills one at a time when one brief should trigger the whole sequence, and manually pushing skill updates to teammates who need the same system running on their machine. If you're running marketing in 2026, you already know the math - the teams that produce at volume aren't the ones with the biggest budgets, they're the ones with a skill stack that handles execution while humans handle strategy. Most teams ship three assets a week if they're lucky. This skill stack solves it: → Drop your branded landing page into Claude Design and it extracts colours, typography, components, and spacing into a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically → The campaign planning skill reads the brief, researches the market via Perplexity MCP, and builds a branded slide deck with KPIs, persona, funnel map, and roadmap → Pulls from your best-performing posts and storytelling framework as reference files so social content matches what actually works in your space → Routes complex tasks to sub-agents running in parallel and simple executional tasks directly to skills based on routing rules in CLAUDE.md → Fires completed skills to a Notion library automatically every week at 9am so your team always has the latest version without manual uploads → Drops finished campaigns, posts, carousels, and videos into dated project folders ready to publish No briefing designers on assets Claude produces in minutes. No calling skills one at a time when a brief should run the whole sequence. No manually distributing skill files to teammates every time something updates. What you get: - Brand design system extraction guide: 10-15 minutes to a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically - Four function skills: campaign planning, social content, carousel design, and animated video each triggered by a slash command - Multi-skill orchestration setup so one brief triggers research, content, creatives, and landing page in the right order automatically - Notion skills library with auto-sync routine so your team always installs the current version from one place - One skill stack you install once and run across every marketing workflow forever Built 100% in Claude Code and Claude Design. I put together a full playbook with all skill files, the brand extraction guide, the Notion library setup, and the exact CLAUDE.md routing rules to get the full stack running from one brief. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "MARKETING" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

most ecom brands use Claude like a chatbot the ones scaling faster connect it directly to Shopify Claude reads the messy parts of the business customer reviews ad comments product pages refund reasons winning creatives conversion data then turns all of it into better angles, hooks, offers, and landing page tests Shopify shows what actually converts Claude explains why it converted then it writes the next test from that signal that’s the loop not random prompts not “make me an ad” not generic ai content real store data → better strategy → better creatives → more sales this is how Claude becomes an ecom growth system rt + comment “shopify” and i’ll send the workflow (follow for dm)

Aidan Collins | Scaling B2B Offers on LinkedIn & X
6 hours ago I opened Claude Design for the first time... I'm fairly certain I found the biggest unlock for LinkedIn content in the big 26. Infographics have recently become the SINGLE fastest way to position yourself as an authority on LinkedIn. If they're good enough, the image alone will stop the scroll and 5-10x your 'scroll time' which is HUGE for the current LI algo. But nobody was shipping them, because making them sucked. $500 a post if you hired out, or 300 hours of Figma tutorials if you DIY'd it. Claude Design just got rid of that problem entirely. I spent the afternoon building agency-grade infographics without touching Figma once, and the output is WAYY better than what I've been commissioning from designers. So I'm building the entire playbook into a course. Inside you'll get: 1) The EXACT prompt templates I'm using for scroll-stopping visuals 2) How to lock Claude to your brand colors, fonts, & layouts 3) The 7 infographic formats I'm see pull the highest impressions on LinkedIn RIGHT NOW 4) My batching workflow for pumping these out fast 5) How to leverage infographic posts that cater to the algorithm Comment "DESIGN" and I'll DM you the course the second it drops. (follow me first so the DM actually lands.) PS: The 3 infographics attached are the ones I built this afternoon. First day touching the tool.

I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ. 4X ROAS on $1M+ spent. Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English: → bulk edits across platforms → custom audiences from CRM lists → creative fatigue detection before CTR dips → bid adjustments at scale → performance audits across periods Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo.
