🚨 URGENT - Mes versements Shopify Payments sont bloqués depuis plusieurs jours sans mail, sans explication, sans raison. La situation : Shopify Payments accepte les paiements de mes clients normalement mais de mon côté, je ne reçois plus mes versements en 3 jours comme avant. Tout s'accumule et je ne peux pas récupérer mon propre argent. Je viens enfin de trouver un produit à scaler avec un bon ROAS. Le momentum que j'attendais depuis des mois est là MAINTENANT. Ce qui a déjà été fait sans résultat : 2 chats support → escalade → aucune réponse Aucun mail reçu de leur équipe conformité Aucune notification dans l'admin Ce que je cherche : quelqu'un qui a déjà résolu ce problème ou un contact direct chez Shopify qui peut débloquer ça en urgence. @Shopify @ShopifySupport Merci de repost un maximum ce tweet, plus il sera vu plus j'aurais de chance de retrouver les versements et de pouvoir enfin scaler ! 🙏
