LONG POST WARNING: I pulled my back out simply sitting up in the bed Monday. That was after 3 days of intense shin pain in my left leg. Two weeks before that was a cancer scare that thankfully was benign. Getting old sucks. BUT, it is showing me my weak areas. So, when I AM able to exercise again, I got a medicine ball for my back and dusting off the stationary bike for the legs. It's taking time, but I'm trying to get back to "normal" again. I've had to change my diet all over again. Cut way back on red meat. More fiber. Less BS processed foods. Practically no salt. And I HAVE to work on my stress, which is difficult under normal circumstances. Being responsible for my mom, an asthmatic cat and a house falling down around me are all the bonus features I never asked for on the DVD. But I will prevail. I pray. I ask for help. Rinse and repeat. Somehow I find strength to keep going. For those of wondering about the STUDIO...I just don't know. Those guys put up with a lot needless dumb shit from me BTS. I was kind of a dick to them. Making demands and changing shit without so much as a DM. I made a lot of mistakes and treated people poorly. It would be nice to be able to rectify that and make amends, and make a show we can all be proud of again. As of now, there are no plans to bring it back. But never say never. We are all still friends and we still support each other. But I think time away might be the best thing for the sanity of all right now. I am behind on a few commissions. I will get them done. Making progress on OMEGA MISSION. Slow and steady. I'm one guy doing it all so it takes time. Patience is appreciated. Live streaming is not something I've ever loved doing. It's a necessary part of being in this sphere and I'll get back to it at some point. But for now it's just going to be time lapses and the occasional pop in here and there. Momma Donna is OK for the most part. Sugars go up and down. Neuropathy is a bitch and being 80% blind doesn't make her life any easier.
