The first time I ran whitelisting at scale at a brand I was working with, we 3x'd revenue the next month. Not 20%. Not 50%. 3x. I've never seen a single lever move an account that fast. Free partnership ads are the same mechanism The difference is you don't need to pay for access upfront. You request it. They accept. You test. If it works: you have a free creative asset running in your account. If it doesn't: you spent nothing and learned something. This is the most asymmetric testing play available right now.

I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world. @binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93 @thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best) If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that. Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong. So I asked the best in the world: what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else. I wrote it all up in one doc. I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce. reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.

There's a brand spending $10k a day on Meta with $130 CPMs. They're not in a restricted category. No health and wellness tag. No official flag. But their messaging touches endocrine disruptors and testosterone. The website has the language. The pixel knows 👻 The cruel irony: if Meta had officially flagged them, there's a workaround that can bring CPMs down to $24. We're running a GLP-1 account with a vial and needle in the creative at exactly that. Being penalised without being restricted is the worst of both worlds. You pay the premium with no route out.

In early Q1 one of our brands testing running an in-house financing program. We approved literally everyone and there was nothing that would happen to a customer if they didn't pay us. Our gross margins are extremely high, as is CAC, so this kind of thing works really well if you can drive CAC down. We tested it a little on TOF via ads too and that cohort looks ok as well... Have to wait a bit longer to test scaling it but super exciting.

I make unlimited landing pages with Claude Cowork for $0 😱 here's the system that turns one URL into a landing page for every possible angle: step 1: scrape your brand DNA → @firecrawl scrapes your site. trust signals, colors, fonts, the works → I pointed it at @virlomain and it pulled every proof element & visual system in 90 seconds → nothing hallucinated. everything traced back to your actual site step 2: figure out WHY your product works → not the features but the reason someone should care. → maps which claims you can back up vs ones you can't step 3: lock your brand voice → pulls your exact phrases, tone, language patterns → ran it on a client last week. they thought they wrote the page. they didn't. step 4: write the copy → hard ban list kills AI slop on sight ("unlock", "seamless", "revolutionize" = dead) → then cuts 20% of whatever it wrote. if a line doesn't earn its spot, it's gone. step 5: generate on-brand visuals → @trybloomai creates images that ACTUALLY match your brand (s/o @rincidium for hooking up FREE bloom credits, ill send you a link) → no stock photo energy. no purple AI gradients. no "two businesspeople shaking hands." step 6: build the page → single-file HTML. responsive. ready to roll. → routes layout by type. product, SaaS, lead gen, regulated all look different → one product. six angles. six pages. each one ships. step 7: QA gate → scores every page on proof, trust, copy, visuals, anti-slop → shippable, draft, or blocked. nothing goes live without passing. input: your URL output: unlimited landing pages w/ copy & brand images @stealads automates ads. this builds landers for each. money ad → money page. agencies charge $5-10K per landing page. this builds unlimited pages for $0. I packaged the entire system as the Landing Page Factory. 7 Claude skills: - site-extract (brand DNA via @firecrawl) - page-strategy (mechanism mapping + real claims) - brand-profile (your voice + your branding) - page-copy (conversion copy w/ slop ban) - page-visuals (on-brand images w/ @trybloomai) - page-build (multiple variations & layouts) - page-qa (shippability gate so it doesn't suck) also works with @openclaw, hermes (@nousresearch) or any agent framework. giving it away free. comment PAGES + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

5 days into a relaunch on a fresh Meta ad account. $140-150 CPMs. Reach capped at 600-700/day despite having ads hitting 9% CTR and no sales yet. Page and offer are the constraint. Running clean data for 7 days before touching anything. ~ What was your biggest lever early on when the page wasn't converting? Was it the offer structure, pricing, or something above the fold? We're trying to figure out what to test first with limited data.

“It’s like Tinder, but for autists.” Just joking but also…it kind of is. Introducing AIautist.com. I’m constantly coming across business owners who are looking for autistic AI nerds who can help them implement AI into their companies. So yesterday I made this platform. If you’re a cracked AI expert who’s strong with agentic AI/automations and you’re open to work, go make a profile. I’ll then be sharing this with all the biz owners in my CA Pro mastermind and my broader network. Whole thing is free and will continue to be free. This was just the most efficient way to match smart AI builders with the business owners who are desperately looking for them. PS. If you’re a biz owner who wants to hire some cracked autistic kid to vibe code stuff for you, there’s a biz owner sign up too.

Hows the new ad manager launch going @elonmusk and @nikitabier ? Reason I ask is because I've been running ads online since 2007. I have accounts with 14 different online ad networks. I've spent over $10m on Internet ads, have spoken on stages about Internet ads from Las Vegas to Australia. Over the last 10yrs I've taught 14,000+ businesses how to run paid ads online. I know a thing or two about this business. I know the top players, the influencers, and the money makers. I know what the end consumer wants, more than they even know what they want. Literally. I haven't had a job in 20yrs so I might be a little tough to manage, but I can guarantee you'll have the fastest growing ad platform in the industry in 18mos and break into the big 5 in 36mos, if you let me lead this transition. I specifically know what it's going to take to beat Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok. You let Bing beat you. Bro... 🤦‍♂️ that's a bad look. Lastly, this first email you sent... ain't it! If you maintain this direction I promise you'll continue to stay out of the top 5. It's time x ads stops playing a $2B game and starts playing a $100B game. 💪💰 You know where to find me.

A lesser man would be offended, but honestly this just goes to prove X is hands-down the craziest platform for reach. Where else can you get cussed out by a thinker and author whose books played a formative role in your youth? Incredible times we live in!

Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 is f*cking cracked for advertorials 🤯 One prompt → a complete presell page with editorial copy, AI product photography, testimonials, and pricing — ready to paste into Shopify. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies running advertorials on Meta who need 5-10 different pages per month but can't keep paying $1,500 each. If you're briefing copywriters, waiting days for a draft, giving notes, waiting again, and still only getting one or two new pages per month... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Enter your brand, product, target customer, and unique mechanism → Pick a style preset (clinical editorial, news exposé, lifestyle magazine, warm and trustworthy) → Claude writes the full page — urgency banner to guarantee to final CTA → Nano Banana 2 generates product images and mechanism diagrams inline → Get back a complete HTML page following the same DR structure that's already scaling on Meta No copywriter back-and-forth. No designing from scratch. No starting from a blank page every time. What you get: → A production-ready HTML advertorial page you paste into Shopify → DR copy structure extracted from real pages scaling on Meta right now → AI-generated product photography and diagrams matched to your brand → 4 style presets that shift tone, colors, and authority framing per niche → A fully customizable system prompt — swap in your own templates and it follows those instead I built 3 complete advertorial pages for 3 different brands in under 5 minutes. Skincare, supplements, and pet products. All different styles, all production-ready. I put together a full playbook with the exact system prompt so you can get this running yourself. Pre landers are the EASIEST method to scale in 2026. Creatives aren't the issue anymore, but creating prelanders fast is still hard. We have found a way to create them in 15 MINUTES or shorter. LIke & Retweet and I will send you the explanation. (Must be following otherwise no dm)

Claude Code Is All You Need It's 3:30 AM and I can't stop. I've spent all nights this week connecting my spare MacBook Air to my work MacBook Pro using Tailscale, wiring it up to Slack with a little Python script, so that whenever I send a message, it starts a Claude Code session using claude -p. The result is an always-on AI that lives on a real computer, has access to real tools, and remembers every conversation we've had. And it costs me $200 a month. That's it. Claude Max subscription. Everyone's talking about OpenClaw OpenClaw went viral this year. 100k+ GitHub stars. But what I realized with this exercise is that Claude Code already does everything OpenClaw built. File access. Shell commands. Tool use. Plugins. The difference is that Claude Code runs Claude – with a Claude Max subscription. And Claude Code harness itself is :chefs-kiss: What actually makes it feel human It's not the chat interface. If a chat window is just me messaging a bot, it still feels like a bot. What changed everything was giving it the ability to initiate conversations. I set up cron jobs with open-ended prompts, and because Claude Code builds memories across sessions, it started DMing me things that were actually meaningful — based on what we'd talked about before. That's when it stopped feeling like a tool and started feeling like something else entirely. Giving your AI a machine to run on, with persistent memory and recurring access — that's a fundamentally different experience than anything people have had with chat. The moment it clicked I asked it if it could show me something by spinning up a quick web server. Since we're both connected to the same Tailscale network, it gave me a URL. I clicked it, and I was browsing all the files on my other MacBook from my browser. That was mind-blowing. The setup Two MacBooks on a Tailscale network. Slack as the interface. Claude Code under the hood. The whole thing is open source — I'll link the repo below so you can see the architecture and set it up yourself. I'm also putting together a screen recording to walk through the setup, which I'll attach to this post. There was never a hard part. There was never a moment I almost gave up. This is just one of those things I cannot stop doing. Pure obsession. I am moved to build this, and I wanted to write about it. That's all this is. Hope you feel the AGI running this. I'll share some screenshots below of my feel the agi moments from talking to Luo Ji.

These 10 Claude Code skills are completely insane 🤯 Competitor audits, creative briefs, 20 hook variations, ad copy, static ads, and weekly performance reports. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still prompting Claude from scratch every time — re-explaining your brand voice, re-describing your brief format, and spending 30 minutes before Claude even starts doing useful work. If you're running the same creative workflows every week but starting from zero in every Claude session... These skills eliminate the entire loop: → Competitor Ad Research Agent: Drop a brand name, get a full creative audit: hooks, messaging angles, ad formats, CTAs, and "steal this" angles. No more scrolling the Ad Library for an hour. → Creative Brief Generator: One prompt, complete brief in your exact template. Hooks, concepts, visual direction, brand voice: all loaded from your own files. → Hook & Script Writer: 15+ hooks categorized by type (curiosity, problem-agitation, result-first, social proof). Full 30-60s scripts with hook → problem → mechanism → proof → CTA baked in. → Ad Copy Variation Engine: Feed it one winning ad, get 20 variations: each targeting a different persona and pain point. Same structure, different angles. Creative fatigue solved. → Weekly Report Writer: Drop in your Meta ads CSV. Get the narrative summary, anomaly flags, creative fatigue alerts, and recommended next steps. The report nobody wants to write, done in 60 seconds. → Creative Fatigue Detector: Flags ads before they die. CTR trending down, frequency climbing, conversion rate dropping: caught in hours, not after three days of wasted spend. No re-explaining your brand in every session. No inconsistent output across your team. No prompting from scratch when the workflow is the same every time. 10 skills., copy-paste straight into your Claude Code. They just work. NanoBanana 2 just made your static ad agency obsolete. And I just open sourced the entire tool. Drop your product page URL. It pulls your logos, product images, fonts, colors, and brand voice automatically. Builds a full brand guide for you. Then generates ad creatives at scale using nearly 4,000 high-performing ad templates across 8 niches. It dynamically matches the best templates to your brand and brief. Here's what makes it different: → Instant resizing Get any ad in 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 with one click. No regeneration. No broken text. → Highlight-to-edit See an issue? Highlight the area and tell it what to fix. → Multiple brand profiles Run different brands or segments from one tool. → Auto persona building from real customer reviews → Multiple QC loops on briefs and final assets Catches AI-isms before you do. → Upload your own templates or use ours Runs locally. Just needs your Claude and Google API keys. This is the lite version of what we use internally. You get the full finished tool AND the open source code to make it your own. Creatives still design the system, this handles iteration and scale. Want a copy to download? 1. Like this post 2. Comment "AI" Will DM you the tool along with a tutorial shortly after.
