@BBCiPlayer iPlayer was one of the best players for content and usability. Please stop trying to pretend to be Disney/Netflix/Prime. You are an ad-free corp, with a "subscription plan" aggressively inflicted on your user base. This is not the way forward to keep your reputation.
.@BBCiPlayer why would you make the adverts on kids profiles unskippable? That's such a terrible UX to inflict on children. This is a real step backwards.

@NatWest_Help when a NatWest account receives a faster payment from a @StarlingBank account, it initially shows with no sender information. Other banks show this information from starling payments immediately. This is a really poor UX.
