If you're taking Omega 3 supplements -- look for oil sourced form mackerel and anchovies. High quality, low mercury. This is difficult to find. Avoid Nordic. Naturals and Sports Research -- they source from Alaskan pollack. I ended up ordering from Momentus as they claim theirs to be from the sources mentioned above.

My four year old @WHOOP hardware is delivering increasingly unreliable data. Not surprising as the hardware is ancient. Zero hardware updates in 4 years.
On the software side:
Strain data - walking delivers more strain than running for the same time frame?
Sleep performance - even when you feel rested and energized for the day, recovery and performance is at 65%
Daily journal - gimmicky.
Unable to suggest the correct activity even if you’ve been doing it at the same day and time for years. Sauna for example after functional fitness or run or stairmaster.
It’s about time to switch to Apple Watch. Picked Whoop because I wanted neither a screen nor ring. But paying $16 per month for ancient hardware and unreliable data is idiotic.
