Guess who is on the plane today? When Kapere came to the @NUP_Ug offices to meet with our President @HEBobiwine, his request was one: an opportunity to travel anywhere by plane. With all his popularity and fame, he had never had the opportunity to take a flight out of the country. Today, a surprise was organized and boom, he found himself on a flight with his President and friend to Dubai to meet the Ugandan Diaspora😎
