I signed up with @ExperienceCNVRG @ConvergeSupport last week Thursday. Until now it is not yet active. Spoke with my agent and all I get is “pasensya na po” with no resolution. Such a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! Hope someone high up in the company reads this.🤬

I’m contacting someone named Sharon who is from Admin and it looks like she gave a false number. No response from agent too

@ConvergeSupport You mean this kind of assistance? You don’t even have the account number in the system and all of your people are useless!!!! They can’t seem to figure out what the hell is going on. It’s now been a week and NOTHING!!!!
