@jackfriks wish there was a service that just runs organic tiktok and instagram for you. way better than paying for a paid app. once organic hits momentum it brings users nonstop. paid ads only live as long as you keep paying

"personal AI assistant" undersells it. it's a company assistant, family assistant, team tool. 7. it's accessible via any of your favorite platforms (whatsapp, telegram, signal, discord, slack...) 8. it's proactive AF: cron jobs, reminders, background tasks, it reaches out to you 9. its memory is amazing, context persists 24/7 what else?

Ralph loop is extremely unhealthy.
I now run 1-2 loops 24/7, tweaking, iterating.
Before sleep I set off a loop, I wake up 3-5x a night thinking of it with excitement.
My workflow is getting better, but it's a steep learning curve. I'll share it all when I'm a bit further, there are some things I still don't like.
The best thing?
I am doing projects I never had time to do and I can't stop. I am tired too 😅
But having something code while you sleep is pretty incredible.

How I target US users for my B2C apps:
> Buy a used iPhone (~$120)
> VPN to the US
> Warm up the account 3–7 days like a normal user
> Pick a TikTok niche that’s already viral + fits your product
(If your app isn’t Gen Z / 16–30 friendly, TikTok may not work)
> Build an AI content factory / AI influencers
> Post daily
> If a video stays under 0->1k views → change content fast
Instead of burning $200–$2,000/week hiring UGC creators.

Virality doesn’t always happen immediately after posting.
For example, the video below was posted at the end of last December and only got ~2k views at first. Today, it just started going viral, reaching 214k+ views in a few days (and it’s still growing).
Consistency > luck.
