I’ve only seen this setup 1 time in 7 years 👀 I’m putting $1,000,000 in this SINGLE stock Very similar to $MU that made millionaires $10,000 → $100,000 in a single day This is the third time. (Must be following) Like + Comment “SNDK” and I’ll send it. 📈

We are very close to seeing $KORU and $SOXL have a one-day drop between 25% and 60%. While I don’t know if it’s tomorrow or next week, I can tell you one thing with assurity: when financial products go parabolic, more and more real money has to come in, not only to keep the trend going, but to prevent a complete collapse in price. It’s also smart to remember that the performance mechanism behind these moves is swaps, and Wall Street is liable for the continued performance, so they have every incentive to let the price tank before the settlement date. These are cash-settled. Mark it. Won’t be wrong, just like every other time I’ve said, “won’t be wrong.”
Rob Bezdjian@robbezdjian

Yesterday I posted that one day soon you’d watch $SBIT and $SMST do what these products were built to do: drop 30% in a day and 70% in a month. Then I said two words: MARK IT. Well… did you? I’ve made well over 1,000 posts calling LETF moves — what to expect, how to play it, and the likely timeline. By my count, 998 have played out exactly the way I said they would. (The only two still pending are the ones below.) If you think I’m wrong, don’t argue — verify. Search my history and show me where I missed. And while you’re at it… is your guru better? Because here’s the best part: I’m a lone wolf whistleblower, and I outperform the “pros” for one reason — I follow the structured fraud. No jargon. No cosplay. I don’t need to say convexity, vega, or leptokurtic to be right. I just follow the incentives. I follow the flows. I follow the math the prospectus already admits. a.co/d/0bpoYl6x

Good stuff from Mensah in his first interview since joining UM: "Miami is going to take me to the place I want to go, which is ultimately the NFL. They’ve got NFL coaches. Coach [Shannon] Dawson, what he does with quarterbacks, his track record is pretty amazing, and it’s something I wanted to be a part of."
On3@On3

NEW: Star QB Darian Mensah detailed his decision to transfer from Duke to Miami with On3's @PeteNakos🙌 “I want to make the NFL. I want to be a first-round draft pick. And all signs point towards Miami.” Exclusive: on3.com/news/darian-me…

Thanks for the response! My simple question is this: How do all these changes make it more valuable to be your customer? I say this as an entrepreneur who believes in capitalism. That said any change should always benefit the customer and that benefit should then flow to your bottom line (not the other way around).

Hi @SouthwestAir I have flown your airline almost exclusively for the last 5 years. It has been great. Friendly People Good Accommodations A List Benefits to keep coming back Today I flew on your new policy. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. I get it, this is a big change and I’m sure it will get better but I guess my question is why should I fly Southwest at all moving forward? You all are way smarter than me so I’m sure I’m missing how this benefits customers. There used to be a clear differentiator between your offering and everyone else. Checked Bag Fees Same Day Change Loyalty Benefits That Mattered All of that has either gone away or is just simply pay for play. Anyways just my✌️cents of a customer who has flown your airline a lot the past few years.

@AllenKessler @SouthwestAir I'm a 2 decade+ A list'er. My wife & I will be flying to Tampa (she is companion pass). Looking to book a flight to Tampa, none of the seats I want & always got are available. I booked a flight on @AmericanAir for a grand more so I can get the seats I want. I will #SHORTLUV

I just happen to be flying on @SouthwestAir today on their first day of assigned seating. They have figured out a system to generate additional funds. They auto assigned me middle seats on both flights. I ask the agent can I get a non middle seat? She says yes but there is a fee. I'm obviously not paying extra for something I always got free on the old system. Southwest had a niche in the market. Free checked bags, and flexible seating. They ditched both of those concepts and now are like any other airline, but with even higher seat and luggage fees than the competition. I would short Southwest stock if I knew how to do that. No one here at the airport likes the "new system".

🚨 BREAKING UPDATE – North Slope Rig Collapse New information coming in Current rumors indicate no workers were injured in today’s oil rig collapse on the North Slope. According to early reports, the rig was empty at the time of the incident because it was in the middle of transportation when the ice road reportedly gave out. After the rig fell, it did catch fire, but the fire was quickly extinguished. We are still waiting on official confirmation and more details from authorities and the company involved. As soon as verified information is released, we’ll update. Right now, the most important thing: If this holds true, everyone made it out safe, and that matters more than any piece of equipment.

🚨 BREAKING: Oil rig collapses on the North Slope and I’ve worked on that rig. I’ve literally worked on the rig that just tipped over on the North Slope, going into Doyon 26. They call it The Beast and today, it fell. 🛢️❄️ First and most important I truly hope every worker made it out safe. Those guys are somebody’s husbands, wives, sons, and daughters. This isn’t just “infrastructure” it’s people’s lives. 🙏 But let’s be real this should scare the hell out of Alaskans. We rely on this equipment for energy, for jobs, and for keeping our state running, and when something this big goes down, it raises real questions about safety, maintenance, and oversight in some of the harshest conditions on Earth. The North Slope isn’t forgiving. One failure out there isn’t just a mechanical issue it’s a potential disaster. ⚠️

@iowahawkblog Hat tip to IU, they deservedly won. but to think these were not the two best football teams this year? Old school guys dont like when legitimate money comes in and wipes out the Car Dealer money that made the SEC, Big Ten (Iowa 2nd class?) great

The more I dig into this NYC rent control situation, the more alarmed I become. This is what I'm seeing: + 2.4 million rent-controlled apartments in a city with a massive housing shortage and 1.4% vacancy rate. + A huge % of these tenants are wealthy, white boomers using the units as pieds-a-terres while they spend their weekends and summers elsewhere. + Meanwhile, the government is using rent control to purposely drive down the value of multifamily housing, so that it can be purchased in a fire sale by the government. + The small-time landlords with big rent rolls of "stabilized" units are going under. Their portfolios end up in the arms of PE and foreign money (how are Progressives okay with this?) The banks will get hit by this too. + Because there is such a reduction in supply (~40% of units are price-controlled), leftover supply is ~33% more expensive + Because NYC gov is not friendly towards landlords, there is a lack of development --> even less supply + Rich and homeowners overwhelmingly support these laws b/c it drives up the value of their condos & co-ops (less supply --> higher prices for condos) + Big PE companies like these policies b/c they can buy buildings in fire sales and wait for rent control reform (5-10 years out) + Meanwhile - ~2.4 million units are rotting and won't be brought up to code as tenants leave b/c the numbers don't pencil --> 50k "ghost apartments" padlocked off market now, maybe 100k soon + Gen Z and the working class continue to vote for these policies, hoping they will be among the lucky few to win the lottery ticket of a rent-controlled apartment + Meanwhile, boomers hang onto their units and pass them to their children, family members, etc. --> NYC's housing stock is rotting slowly, going offline, and becoming more expensive Isn't this what the Constitution is for? To protect property owners and citizens from the tyranny of the majority? This is clearly a taking. It's clearly buying votes. I'm floored this is happening, and nobody is talking about it because it's "politically incorrect" to critique rent control. **Rent control is the reason housing in NYC is so expensive, and it's the reason there is a shortage.** Boomers really pulled a fast one on this. Well done, Boomers.

@stmcgee @The_Parlay_King @iugradtwotimes Miami season ticket holders put in our requests before the A&M game for all games. I was told what my seats are Friday morning. We do not get them until tomorrow (I think) so you cannot resell them yet. Not that I am going to. There is crazy demand for these tix in Miami

@The_Parlay_King @iugradtwotimes Basically IU Athletics asked donors and season ticket holders to put in a request before the Peach Bowl. Miami did that this past weekend. They are a few days behind, and I think it’s a smart strategy if you are trying to maximize your attendance and limit resell.
