@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp could you get around the market stabilisation charge by disconnecting completely for a day (or longer - go on holiday whilst it happens with an empty fridge/freezer) and reconnecting with new the day after? You haven't technically switched then!

@eish2306 Once you register the payment card, you'll be able to view the full payment/travel data. Apple Pay touches are listed as a separate to those made with the physical card.

@TfL does the daily limit work across devices using the same card ... i.e. tapping in and out with phone for one trip then watch for another then using the actual credit card? what about in on one method out on another?

@TfL Ok shame it can’t balance out at the end of the day - doesn’t seem like it should be that difficult to do!

@eish2306 To avoid being overcharged, you must always use the same device/card to touch in out. Switching between phone and physical card, will affect the amount you're charged and capping rate - the touches will be seen as being made by separate devices.

@tfl if I have registered my CC on the site using the physical card, will journey show up from using the Apple Pay version of the card?
