@JetBlue is at worst fraudulent and at best incompetent. I shot this video in January and hoping they’d make it right, held off on posting. After learning @JetBlue has no closed-loop process on complaints and doesn’t care about responding to customers? Time to let it fly.

@SouthwestAir it is unreal that your call back feature doesn’t even work. Bad enough that I only found out my flight was cancelled by getting an alert to check into the flight I was rebooked on… 12 hours later I might add. You can’t get phone, mobile, or flying right it seems.

@RoyalCaribbean my excitement to cruise Icon in April, at a STEEP cost, has greatly diminished with word getting out about the food cost at Basecamp. Don’t pretend this isn’t a money-grab. You’ve got a chance to make this right and switch it to complimentary like it should be.

@TeamYouTube It’s now OFF my local station so should be ON Sunday Ticket. When they pull a game early, you should put it on the ticket. Plain and simple. There’s an entire quarter left of an out of market game that I now cannot watch.
