when staff member Sahjan Chowdhury challenged him over the food safety risk Berhan tried to start a fight and kicked out before running off,
but the same day he had the nerve to casually return to the exact same Holdenhurst Road store working as a Just Eat delivery driver to pick up orders,
staff instantly recognised him and alerted police who traced him to a nearby taxpayer-funded migrant hotel where he lives,
he was found guilty of assault at Poole Magistrates Court after failing to turn up for the trial so a warrant has now been issued for his arrest,
