We have tons of robotics benchmarks and eval frameworks. But what we still don’t have is the Scale AI equivalent for robotics — a system that can reliably source preference signals at planetary scale, not just replay logs or offline metrics. Real progress comes from grounded feedback loops: plans → outcomes → human & economic signals → better policies. That’s why approaches that tie AI training data to real economic stake are so compelling. If the people generating the data are exposed to the upside and downside, the signal quality changes. This is the direction Reppo is pushing on — not more synthetic evals, but real-world, incentive-aligned data for training decision-making systems. Benchmarks measure progress. Incentives create it.
