I actually think the same as you, it makes a lot of sense. I just wonder if there’s any real data or source that confirms this. Also just an assumption but I think ranking on Google and getting backlinks from similar sites increases authority signals, so you end up getting recommended more often. By the way I noticed something recently on my website. About a month after I registered it on Bing Webmaster Tools I started getting a lot more traffic from ChatGPT. I also got traffic from Bing, not as much as Google but still pretty decent.

@elfentech Nope. Just a gut feeling. What do you think? I feel like I don't rank results in my head like I did for GOogle. Like for google I'm like oh you're link is not number 1, you must suck. Or you're on page 2, no way. I don't think that way at all for AI results

Seems like for SEO, it mattered where you showed up in the search results But AEO it just matters that you show up in the results

@noelcetaSEO @Fotografia92189 try someting for me. > Go to GSC > Click on Performance tab > now look at your URL you should see something like this: search.google.com/...&hl=en the hl=en at the end, replace that with "de" and hit enter and tell me how it shows the numbers.

Lol, this guy did a terrible job at photoshopping the numbers. When you get thousands of clicks on GSC, they show up with a K (26K for example). Man has never seen a GSC chart with more than 5 clicks in his life. Who falls for this stuff?

Crawlkit Day #1: I launched Crawlkit about 3 to 4 months ago to solve my own needs, but now that I've taken a step back, I realize the product is honestly a mess. It scrapes data, pulls Instagram profiles, takes website screenshots. I'm offering a bunch of services like that under one roof, and I just haven't been able to figure out how to market it. On top of that, it's turned into something overly complicated. So my first goal now is to unify all these services into a single endpoint and make the whole thing as simple as possible to use. I've started cleaning up the existing architecture. Once that's done, I'll share what I have in mind for the marketing side.
