@threepointone I used them once. I was writing react components for an npm module. Using those components in an app I got a 2 react instances error. Removing the dependency caused module not found. peerDependencies prevented react from being bundled in the module

Either peerDependencies are stupid, or I’m too stupid to know how and when to use them. Maybe both.

I don't know how you go up from that. Maybe there's some country where all you rent is a patch of ground and you are expected to bring your own house with you, not like a trailer, like a whole house.

When I tell SF people that if you rent an apartment in London it comes with all the furniture they look at me like I'm crazy, exactly the same way when I tell London people if you rent an apartment in SF it comes empty and you have to bring all your own furniture.

@kentcdodds @johnlindquist I had the same issue with keyup events and totally abandoned them. I found it most useful to set a variable with a key and essentially create keyboard layers out of it. Caps turns the vimium layer on and i turns it off

@IanColdwater Trump has been gaining ground with the Law and Order rhetoric. The election has become a decision between supporting extreme forms of protest or saving businesses. Given that choice the election would be hard for Biden to win. He's just taking Trump's card away from him.

@TheAmyCode There was robintrack.net until robinhood cut off the apis it uses. It did a very good job over displaying number of robinhood holding along with price graphs. Nervous examples where the robinhood holders were clearly driving the price action

99% of the time I see something for sale on Instagram I go to Amazon and find the same thing cheaper with easier checkout and my free Prime shipping without having to pull out my wallet & enter my payment info. Anyone else do this?
