Today a couple of rips appeared on my New Balance 327's. I purchased them in December and have not worn them enough to suffice this damage. Is this a normal sign of New Balance quality?@newbalance

I bought this Friendship Bracelet at the @TheWorksStores Cardigan for my daughter and discovered lots of mold when we opened the box. There is always an unpleasant damp smell at the store so I wasn't surprised when i saw the mold. Please can you address this at the store.
