@ellagantz @SouthwestAir I still can’t get a hold of anyone at SW, was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday and had to hang up. This is crazy….

@SouthwestAir Mine flight got delayed 2x causing me to miss my connecting flight. No one at a SW kiosk or on the phone was available to help me get it canceled. Therefore it was considered a “No Show” and I wasn’t refunded or credited back for the missed flight. Still no help!
