@thetrainline, the train was delayed then cancelled, tickets were scanned on the train before it was delayed due to disruption where we were stuck in Helsby. The train was 1 hour delayed, driver said we were entitled to a full refund but it's only saying that I get £2.25 refund

@thetrainline Hi, the service terminated at Manchester Oxford road. But the driver on the way to Oxford road said everyone was able to get a full refund because it was delayed for over 1 hour.

@O2ApolloManc can you advise on what your age limits are for standing area before I buy tickets? I've seen under 14s can be accompanied by an adult but I have also seen no under 14s are allowed in the standing area. Don't want to buy the wrong tickets.

What was the point in me preordering @GenshinImpact Paimon that STILL hasn't been shipped (ordered in JUNE) when I can head to @SmythsToysUK TODAY and pick it up for less than what I paid!!! 😡😡
