I raised Manipur issue at Parliament session today's afternoon ie The 10th Aug 2023 .Hon'ble Chairman switched it off my microphone while I just began to speak.I continued my speech without microphone in the midst roarings of Opp MP's.

#Mizoram Families across Mizoram hoisting black flags in their respective homes and took out to the streets in a display of unwavering solidarity with Mizo ethnic tribes in violence-torn Manipur. This Solidarity March is organized by the NGO Coordination Committee in Mizoram.

I submitted a request for adjournment motion in Rajya Sabha to discuss the ongoing crisis that has been happened in Manipur since 3rd May 2023 till today.

When the internet is restored in Manipur more videos will come out. This will surely impact the 2024 General Election. No damage control measures will be able to help @NBirenSingh and @narendramodi from hiding their true character. It's a shame some Mizos are still supporting BJP

Brutal violence in Manipur not only affect the neighbouring state but even the whole country. Situations seem to have worsened! I was really shocked and shaken to see the video that goes viral. The shocking video of the sexual assault of our two Vaiphei women in Manipur is brutal, merciless, heinous, despicable and complete inhuman! The whole region needs a permanent solution for the great problem Manipur is having which can really be solved only by the Central Govt. I re-quote - "Many lives have been lost, bloodshed all over, physical torture & the victims are looking for refuge wherever possible. With no iota of doubt, those victims are my kith and kin, my own blood and should we quieten the situation by just being silent? I don't think so!" SILENCE is not an OPTION! I would like to call for immediate restoration of peace and normalcy. It is incumbent and imperative upon the Manipur Govt. and the Central Govt. to look for immediate ways for peace restoration. Therfore, I urge Manipur Chief Minister @NBirenSingh and Hon'ble PM of India Shri @narendramodi Ji to take immediate action and to bring PERPETRATORS to JUSTICE!
