@ShahrourWalid @RRGonzalezMD @JEndourology Our cohort had patients with pre-diagnosed not incidental prostate cancer. One group were on active surveillance with LUTS and another group were planned for radiotherapy with bulky prostate & LUTS.

Photogenic view (3T MRI) of a formerly 160 ml prostate 3 months after HoLEP done to follow up a prostate cancer on active surveillance. @AustenSlade Learned the same technique from Dr. El Tayeb @marawaneltayeb. It is much less bothering to the patient.

How to modify stent strings in less than a minute so they are not inadvertently tugged on. I borrowed this technique from Dr. Lingeman and haven’t had a patient accidentally remove their stent since. No need for trying to tape the strings out of the way… just cut to length @IUendourology
