spent some time learning how to install led strips to the ceiling of my office must understand how many leds per meter, as this will define how bright it actually gets the lumen colors, determining if you want more yellow (cozy) or white (alert) or rgb (colors) and after buying them, you’ll also need a power supply (or a led driver), which transforms the 230V from your electric wires to 12/24V but this power supply must be calculated to handle the amount of energy the specific led strips you bought has in my case i got one of 480 leds/meter, 5 meters, which requires around 100 watts (or 4A) to work but if i want double that, 10m, i would need a 200 watts thing and they are not small, some even come with a cooler as it might overheat, so gotta choose wisely - i got this thin one then if you want a dimmer, must also buy it separate and plug it between the led strips wires and the power supply and that little dimmer controller also must be ready to handle those 24V 4A if you want to make it rgb and with some cool animations when turning on, or a smart controller, it gets even more complicated leds turned out more complicated than i thought, but I’ll get it done on my way to transform my office into a spaceship

today i'm shutting down all my whatsapp AI projects launched askborges on Jun/2023 in Brazil and it went really well and made good money for a year started with gpt3.5-turbo, with fallback to davinci due to the several timeouts from openai, good times i'm also shutting cowbot, an ai support bot made for businesses, because it never reached scalability, probably due to its high ticket ($700/mo in an ocean flooded with $30/mo options) all in all, it was a great experience dealing with meta api and approvals, i had 6 different wsap bots total, they all dead now, but the lessons stay - ready to use it on another project
