@dmtwizard69 @hubermanlab Probably only applies to the first two. Seeing sun ASAP will set circadian rhythm so you can fall asleep at a consistent time and sleep well. Not terribly familiar with the cold stuff but first impression is it would set you up to be in "survival" mode increasing focus.

This is a potent 3 step daily: 1 -3min cold shower or plunge immediately after waking up (AWA). 5-30min of viewing sunlight ASAPAWA (There is always *some* sun, folks, even if through cloud cover). Resistance train, or endurance work or sprints, 6 days/week. (Notice “or”).

How well you slept last night and when you felt sleepy to go to bed, and how you felt on waking are MAINLY controlled by how early and how much sunlight you viewed before 10am in the preceding 2-3 days. Other factors matter but that’s the biggie folks. Non-negotiable biology.

This is one hell of an ad from a Democrat running for Congress. The question is whether people will watch it and share it.

The depth of my love for this brother, can only be matched by the depth of my pain learning of his loss. A immensely talented man with the ability to give voice to the human condition portraying the lives of those whose humanity is seldom elevated until he sings their truth.

I’m not sure if folks are gonna understand what I’m trying to say but I’m gonna try: Too often I hear white liberals talking about how the US is gonna crumble under the weight of the current right-wing nationalism stuff. It tends to have some sort of fatalistic bent to it.

I wanted to give a big thanks to @drjasonfung and @DrBergDC for helping me reach a personal milestone: I've lost over 100 pounds in the last year using Intermittent Fasting and Keto.
