The average paycheck for a TSA agent is around $50,000, while U.S. Senators get paid $174,000. Yet, Senate Democrats are the ones forcing TSA agents to struggle.
Last year, one of my Democrat colleagues said he couldn't go without a paycheck because he had to pay his mortgage. Well, WHAT ABOUT TSA?

Nobody wins when our government isn’t funded, especially when those departments keep Americans safe and planes in the air.
It’s time for the rest of our Senate colleagues to vote to open the government and pay our TSA agents.

This is incredibly generous. TSA agents across the country are relying on food pantries and community donations just to get by. I remain the lone Dem to vote with my Republican colleagues to fully fund DHS and get people paid. It should never come to this point.

Antisemitism is being normalized across America by extremists on the left and the right, while too many politicians are too weak, too cynical, or too complicit to speak up.
