As soon as I saw the hashtag in the white house I knew it was staged. they were not the first nor last to be kidnapped why were they a peculiar group. Should others not be be brought back

Jonathan has been running to villa like someone who has never seen office before. Even an SA wouldn’t do what he has been doing. Let me say this if you had not heard me before. Jonathan was never a leader. He was a born follower that was made a leader by circumstances of accident and ego.

APC lost in Supreme Court as per gubernatorial election petitions in Bauchi, Kano, Plateau, Abia Rwanda states. 2: APC members did not insult our respected Justices of the Supreme Court 3: APC members did not post our respected Justices of Supreme Court pics and their families. 4: APC members are not jumping from one studio gossip to another one. 5: I love my APC members. Mature people unlike Gbajue members.

@woye1 @el_uthmaan Likely cos they found no room to manipulate and win technically. There in no reason for BAT to be president. He is inec and supreme court selected. He didn't win the election. APC matured? That's an insult on the word

I told people men like Tinubu and Wike ONLY understand the language of power! When dealing with them; Never come from a position of weakness. Lesson for we Obidients and even Sim Fubara. The Supreme Court judgement on Kano was another pointer to that fact. The red cap protests after Appeal courts did the magic. 🪄 they know crisis in Kano will be almost uncontrollable at this time when the entire nation is unhappy with govt!

@firstladyship It's now even more critical to exponentially raise our voices & support for Peter Obi in opposition to #PDAPC. Their ultimate goal is to ISOLATE Peter Obi & we must never allow that to happen. We are lucky to have the man Datti as his dependable VP. It's time to work harder!

@General_Oluchi People should know that other people as an unbeliever to your faith have absolutely nothing to do with your god and faith. Same way you have nothing to do with theirs. You have no right to force people into yours. Religion is a personal thing. Keep to your lane.

Fuel is currently 600 Plan is to take fuel to 900. They leak 1,200 price to the media and the world think it will be 1,200 Nigerians grumble, bicker and threaten revolution. NLC threaten strike action. FG, marketers graciously reach 900. APC boys praise Mr. President for his intervention. Nigerians heave a sigh of relief in absolute amnesia. Original plan of fuel increase still happened. Defeated people.

December 25th, 2023 was not the first time a group of jihadists in Nigeria targeted innocent Christians. On December 4, 2011, at least 4 bombs went off in a Catholic Church near Abuja, killing at least 39 people. The deadliest bombing took place near Saint Theresa Catholic Church in Madalla, where worshipers celebrated a Christmas Day mass. One of the bombers Kabiru Sokoto was arrested and he escaped. He was later found in Shettima’s house! Another bomb exploded near an evangelical Christian church in the central city of Jos, where clashes between Muslims and Christians are frequent. Officials say a police officer guarding the area was fatally shot around the time of the explosion. In the northeastern state of Yobe, residents in Gadaka say a bomb blew up near a church during Christmas services. There were no immediate reports of deaths. A fourth attack took place in the Yobe capital of Damaturu, where a car bomb killed three near secret police headquarters. So, this gaslighting won’t work!

@abdulsneh001 @Solomon_Buchi Did you read and think through what you write? They do not have the right to dictate how people speak or think. Who appointed them thought or speech police? You just kill whoever you consider offender cos you are both judge an executioner using rules accepted by only you? Weird

By midday it was clear that the man Peter Obi will sweep the polls. The chairman was just coming from the situation room cradling a ringing phone. He had done all that was asked of him. He’d slowed down the tsunami of PVC registrations and collections. Even today, he had looked the other way while election materials were sent late or not at all to strategic locations. Which was why he was pissed off about this IREV suggestion these people have been making non-stop for the past hour. If they couldn’t win with all the odds he had tilted in their favour, maybe they didn’t deserve to win. And it doesn’t matter how much they were paying. He settled into his chair and picked the call. “Switch it off! Switch it off! Switch the damn IREV off!”, came the panicked and shrill voice of the cunning old fox. The chairman recoiled from the violence of the request. It was as if the man would die if he didn’t get his wish. He replied in an even voice, trying to calm him down, “I can’t, I’m sorry. Your request means we won’t have any elections.” “So be it!”, came the bark from the fox without hesitation. “Look. Sir… Chief … my phone has been ringing off the hook from your people asking for the IREV to be turned off. I won’t do it. The President will be livid.” “Prof...”, hissed the fox, calmer now. The kind of calm that seeped through gritted teeth, pregnant with mortal threat. “The president? Which President? Don’t make me laugh.” “Eerm…”, the chairman began. His confidence ebbing, “is the President aware?” “Look at this man. You think I play around? Of course he is aware.” “But… but… The country will burn, sir!” “I don’t care if the country burns! Switch it off now!” The Chairman stood briskly and the inside of his knee pushed his massive plush chair with the insignia of his office such that it stopped violently at the wall behind him. He placed his left hand on the polished oak table and leaned into the phone in his right hand as if by doing so he could make a different sense from what just hit his eardrum. The country should burn? O c’mon, thought the chairman. His anger brought his confidence back. “I can’t. I’m sorry. I’ve been to Chatham house to claim that our system can’t fail! I have a reputation to protect!” “How much is your reputation?! I’m tired of arguing with you. Jide has sent something to your dollar account. It is the carrot. Believe me, you don’t want to see the stick. Switch it off now!” With that, the phone went off. The chairman knew immediately because he pulled the smartphone from his ear to stare at it like he’d never seen it before when the call ended. This man is evil. He needed to be stopped. He readied himself to call the president when the alert chimed. The figure looked impossible. He opened the app almost gingerly, as if the smartphone would explode without warning. His feet wobbled and he sank back into his seat. He felt lightheaded. Delirious. Happy. What was his reputation worth? Well the characters displayed on his banking app more than covers it. The “stick” won’t be necessary. To hell with the country, didn’t feel so bad after all. Finally, he smiled. His next call wasn’t to the president. To hell with that sanctimonious, walking monument of corruption too. His next call was to the IT executive in charge of IREV. “This is important. Listen carefully…”, he began. And thus the massive win of Peter Obi was hidden from public view, later to be destroyed by a judiciary bought and paid for. #NeverForgetIREV

Peter Obi is my Person of the Year. Not in my calculations did I see him able to gather at least 6m votes. He showed that a third force was possible and that the agency of the Nigerian voter to demand higher standards from the status quo was possible. It was a clear indication that alliances are required in a nation of complex identities to take such dreams over the line.

He was kidnapped and butchered by Fulani Herdsmen terrorists in Enugu State. He managed to escape with these severe machete injuries. Fulani is the only tribe in Nigerïa who will go to other peoples land, erect a kidnap circle and start kidnapping indigenous people. He is presently on oxygen in a hospital fighting for his life.

The Muslim- Muslim ticket set a dangerous precedent that many were either too myopic or selfish to recognise and it will take our all to reverse that. Giving up on politics is the easiest way to hand over power to them. We must roll our sleeves and ensure power returns to the people. That way we can decide on the security architecture of Nigeria or even whether we want one Nigeria or a loose federation of 6 regions coexisting together
Aisha Yesufu@AishaYesufu

This is the state marginalisation of religion and region that is happening. Coupled with the fear some have had of islamization plus the terrorist attacks and some will say that Muslim-Muslim ticket is not an issue. How?
