My 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

@EE Ok 📲 my previous plan included data roaming! But recently I changed the plan to get more data and pay less per month! But I wouldn’t have changed my plan had I known this would happen! I wasn’t informed this when I changed my plan! As if I had been! I wouldn’t have changed it!

@EE when you buy a brand new iPhone from EE and it turns up with a damaged box!! Very unhelpful customer service with regards to condition of said box!!! Box is scratched and dented!

@darksister841 Get a grip, just pay your old provider and then because your EE account is in credit then you don’t need to pay them until the credit has been used up with your bills it’s the same as having it in your account, in 2026 now stop using words like that

@BostinLad @EE It depends aswell on your credit score aswell as if you have a high credit score then you would be able to have more lines but sometimes it’s the system that won’t allow you to have more than X amount of sims on one account, it probably be the same for all networks lol 🤣🤣🤣

Hi @EE Am I right in thinking, that you can only have 5 sims/esims per account? I’m sure I’ve read somewhere, trying to get an eSIM for my watch and not having much success, my kids are in my account with their watches, using 3sims & 2esims at the moment. Just wondering. Thx.
