@KLM_UK @KLM I’ve had items stolen from my bag which was checked in on your flights and you refuse to help in any way. How is it acceptable for you to shrug at items being stolen from luggage in your care? Theft needs to be investigated by your organisation.

@KLM What if I’ve already returned to my home country? For context I filed a claim a month ago as soon as my baggage was delayed. KLM failed to reply in a timely manner with appropriate next steps and now this is my last resort to get information.
