LOL I love @billmaher but I just listened to two people that fundamentally don't understand Crypto try and tell us it is not real money in one sentence then say criminals like it because they can get paid things like ransoms and it is real money.... Then they said that the dollar wasn't real money... WTF was the point of that conversation?

Is there a real reason to hold Ron vs other tokens on the network? Other than gas, I don't know the answer. Why should I care about 'ownership'? what benefit does tying my capital in the network token provide? I place it in LPs with other tokens, but without price action it underperforms other token pairs. Staking APR chronically underperformed LP APRs

as of now, i see two answers: 1.) people need it for gas. more users/more demand for gas = higher price. 2.) it represents ownership of the ronin network from that reason, follow up questions: how specifically does it represent economic rights to the treasury? if it represents power in governance, what are the proven/standardized pathways for users to exercise that power? what are the best examples of that in the past? there are many options to explore in regards to clarifying and enhancing $ron's value to the end user/investor/gamer. the work is not done.

now that @Ronin_Network has moved to ethereum l2, the work is not done. we need to continue to add compelling reasons for users to buy and hold $ron. when people ask, "why should i buy $ron?" -- there should be an obvious, powerful, one sentence answer. when people ask you that question, what is your answer?

We should federally tax Tokens at the Provider level. Not a lot. Less than 50c per million tokens. It will accomplish 4 things (at least ) 1. It will push the big AI players to optimize tokenization, caching , routing and localization Which will 2. Reduce energy usage. Saving them in energy costs more than what they paid in tax and reducing strain created by the growth in energy consumption Which will 3. Generate maybe 10 billion dollars a year to start, but over the next ten years could grow 30x to 100x Which will 4. Create a source of funding to pay down the federal debt or deploy, in response to the things AI brings that we don’t expect or don’t like At some point the models will pass it on to customers. Of course. That’s ok. Customers will have the ability to choose between providers. Or to do everything using open source models locally. Thoughts ?

I mean... you can shitpost about buying any asset at the top... But know Ronin is still cooking.. we still here, we still gaming. The communities on the ronin network are cooking hard and churning volumes, making profits. There is more to the Ronin network than just ronin:native As a matter of fact, as the gas token for the network, the cheaper Ron is the better in my opinion, I always need more ronin:native. You do too :) Do I have reservations? Sure, but I wouldn't count this network out yet.

Gameplay near the top of your page / pinned post is a MUST. After my post yesterday, 28 games contacted me & a total of 8 games failed to do the above. If a gamer can't see what your game looks like, you've lost them before they even got to the trying bit.
