When shipping products sold on @ebay I use various postage providers based on cost and speed of use. Currently using @Endicia @pirateship and ebay labels. Pirate ship is particular great for international labels.

@Endicia I'm sorry ... a shipment going to a person in the US Virgin Islands uses the APO/FPO layout??? It's NOT a military shipment!!! How is a a user supposed to know that?

@DavidFJackson5 Hi, can we confirm which layout you are using? We tested this using the APO/FPO and US Territory layout in Dazzle 24.1 and it worked okay. Can you please confirm whether you are using the regular "Zebra Layout"? It should be the "APO and US Territory" label (small or large one).

@PREPRESSHULK @Endicia Haven't heard of them, I guess this is another online "design" service, obviously don't have a clue about Prepress, commercial printing in general or PDF specifications if they don't understand basics like trim box or font embedding.

Turns out @endicia KNOWS that DAZzle is currently unusable for shipments to the EU because of a tariff bug. It's been weeks, no end in sight. AND we've gotten charged for postage not printed. Frustrating.
