Look and heat what Britain is saying with DFID, hear the changes in Germany, hear the changes at USAID. It's no longer the same, hence need for a paradigm shift in funding.

Slow progress towards #cleancookingsolutions is of grave global concern, affecting human health and the environment.Under current policies, one-third of the world's population would still be deprived of access to #cleanfuels and exposed to harmful household #airpollution by 2030.
