Super disappointed of @SamsungUS @SamsungusaUSA @SamsungSupport. Purchased a fridge 3+ weeks ago and delivery keeps getting canceled for lame reasons/lies like "the truck broke" or "truck is full" R E A L L Y? They just don't care about customers and just lost (another) one.

@SamsungUS Completely useless feeback from @SamsungUS. Can I just have my money back to order a fridge from another company that does not lie and value their customers? just give me the refund once a for all.

And just like that @SamsungUS takes ZERO accountability for not delivering a fridge ordered one month ago. They don't seem to mind loosing another customer nor had they reimbursed the $ so that I can order from another vendor that is reliable and cares about their customers

@SamsungUS The first thing I did was to call this number. After weeks of delivery cancellations and rescheduling, they said they had no inventory of the fridge I ordered. I was offered no solution other than canceling my order....VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
