The arms race for deep tech talent is insane right now. Capital is everywhere. Exceptional people are not.
Translation: the best engineers, operators, and builders are consolidating into a handful of companies tackling civilization-level problems creating rigorous battles for the top ~1% of builders who can actually ship in the physical world.
Hard to imagine a more bullish time for human ingenuity.

Une opération importante pour @LegalPlace, Silae reprend notre bijou Kanoon qui aura une super place et trajectoire au sein de cette société que la moitié de la France utilise pour ses fiches de paie, et nous permet de rester concentrés sur la cible coeur de notre business : les TPEs et entrepreneurs.
Bravo à toute l'équipe qui a conçu et développé cette solution. L'opération nous permettra de booster la trajectoire de LegalPlace dans son coeur d'activité et de cible.
A titre perso (moi et les co-fondateurs) c'est ma première vraie "exit" même s'il s'agit d'un spin-off. Ça reste toujours une épreuve de "lâcher" un "bébé" qu'on a travaillé des années à construire.
