Hi @EastMidRailway Im confused... why no trains xmas eve and limited service on 23rd December when the strikes don't begin until 6pm on 24th? Seems like most other train companies are managing but not you? Are tickets for 24th valid for what little service you have on 23rd?

@CasualNun @British_Airways it is honestly the behaviour of a company entering administration. It's really weird how much of a brick wall they're putting up at every turn

Unreal service from @British_Airways. Cancel a flight, can't manage the booking online, the phone system systematically hangs up on you and the email says they don't communicate via email. So that's it then is it? Flight cancelled, no way to rebook or get a refund. LOVELY.
