Iran could impose a "Strait of Hormuz" toll of say $1 per barrel to satisfy its reparations demand. That could work. Or maybe $2–3 per barrel toll in exchange for all of Iran's nuclear material. Iran then promises to keep the Strait open and the U.S./Israel promises no more bombing. Iran retains leverage of closing the Strait in the future to keep the deal terms active. Let's get it done. End the war.
