"Care homes" Care homes is the new scam, and I cant seem to get anyone to pay attention. Look out for planning in your area for a new "Care home" with loose restrictions on the change of purpose. Who opposes the opening of a new Care home? Nobody. Its gets new builds and conversions of building through the planning permission, and they get grants and money to build them. They'll even be advertised as offering "local people jobs". Then they'll build accommodation blocks next door. ...for the local people to work there? 🤔 Im telling you. Care homes. This is where they'll be putting them.
