@HDFC_Bank pathetic service. Has paid the total outstanding payment against active car after visiting the branch. They issued the payment receipt and asked that NOC will reach my address by 10 working days. Now saying your loan account is not closed & need to make more payment1/2

Visited HDFC bank industrial area phase 1 Chandigarh branch. Lady at the car loan counter confirmed that no further action is required from my end. Now RM is saying that loan is active and it is still showing in my mobile app as well. @HDFC_Bank

@urbancompany_UC @UC_Assist worst service provider. Hire inexperienced and unprofessional professionals. I booked them for my window ac service and guess what they can’t even service a window ac properly so never think of hiring them for ac repair. 1/3

They call it foam wash but professional was hesitant while applying foam and applied little foam. Guys never trust them for your appliance repair work. They may damage your products.

They serviced window ac without taking it out and without covering the ac pcb. When I asked them to take it out they refused. Now ac is blinking and giving one problem after other. When I tried calling for help their helpline number is not working. My ac was brand new

@Cleartrip I am sorry to say but this has not been resolved as yet. It’s more than 48 hours I raised the issue. Despite fake promises, nothing has been done on ground as such. I am not sure how much time they need to correct that name format that caused due to @Cleartrip platform error.

@Cleartrip Customer support is pathetic. I have been chasing them for name format correction for my flights due to their system fault. Sent all docs. Now they are just giving me excuses and not giving me timeline to sort the issue. @MoCA_GoI @airindia @flipkartsupport
