Please do NOT use @turbotax. Their calculations are off this year and their customer service is horrible. They don’t listen and talk over you.

@rainnwilson Same experience here. My Grandfather had to teach himself to walk again after getting polio. That is why I am good with getting the vaccine and the booster.

Even with this tweet, they are not helpful at all. Not sure why they even have that Twitter account if they can’t actually help.

Apparently, you have to complain on Twitter about bad service with big companies in order to get them to take action. Well, @FedEx @FedExHelp your phone customer service is very lacking. The rep was no help at all. I just need my package that was shipped overnight.

BTW, it is a perishable item that will be completely ruined if not delivered today.

@BestBuy you have to have some of the worst customer service. Instead of letting me know that something I ordered was going to be a month late, you make me reschedule the appointment like I did something wrong. And then your reps can’t do anything about it.
