@thsottiaux Codex needs to be able to monitor longer jobs and tasks. I want it to be highly motivated, ambitious and for it to monitor long 7 hours jobs by polling every x minutes (it can determine that). Also, the refusal rate is way too high when compared to Claude.

What are we consistently getting wrong with codex that you wish we would improve / fix?

I'm fairly certain that Google's Anti-Scraping measures were a direct response to OpenAI's (and other competitors) operator mode... They just knew about it before we did.

O1-Pro is impressive. The responses don't feel like simple word associations anymore... For the first time, I feel it really understands the nuances and thinks things through. It's the model I was hoping to see from @OpenAI many months ago. I can't wait to see the next one!

Search ranking based on popularity is a bad idea. However, if Google is forced to sell Chrome (Chrome being an integral part of Google search, it's almost like a third web crawler), we're going probably going to have even worse search results :(

@danbtl Thanks! This is just in testing phase however I think 2025 will be the year of agents so we'll all get to play with them soon.
