I’m still reeling from the Supreme Court’s immigration decisions this week. Everyone should take a look at Justice Kagan’s dissent. Despite deciding in their favor, the majority was so uncomfortable with the Trump admin’s racist motivations, that they couldn’t bring themselves to quote them.
