2) Consciousness is what we are. It's a shame that the most potent techniques for developing our consciousness are squirreled away in esoteric traditions that are neither scientifically validated nor legible to mainstream modern culture. Such techniques should be made broadly available, measured for efficacy, and opened up for iteration and innovation. Consciousness development should be democratized and iteratively improved upon by bringing civilization's considerable resources to bear - wisdom, science, math, tech, capital.
