What’s the context to this image? Also notice how we’re just supposed to be outraged. There’s no real analysis here of why certain comparisons are wrong. Some of them definitely seem wrong but others might actually not be that far off this is literally just low IQ rage bait for normies to get all “rah rah” about their political side. We tried renting, but the renters wanted to buy and we let them. Now we're renting ourselves and not sure what to do next. Ideas?! Lol

Kind of sad when you put it that way. However, many of these owners will be content to hold onto the rate, and maybe rent the house out. Trouble is: that lower the rents in the area, and the other newer owners with the higher rates, are more inclined to cut prices. Individually speaking, these owners can keep their low rate for decades. But their power over the market is coming to an end.

With each passing day, the mortgage rate lock-in effect fades. Nearly 22% of mortgage holders now have a rate above 6%. Which is more than the share with a rate below 3%. Ultra-low-rate owners are slowly getting replaced with 6%+ owners. Meaning downward pressure on prices is coming.

There is a whole generation of men out here who are absolutely exhausted from being the "transitional guy." They come into your life, absorb all the trauma your toxic ex left behind, provide stability, and love you gently. But because your brain is still addicted to chaos, you mistake his consistency for a lack of passion. You drain his peace to heal yourself, and then abandon him because there isn't enough "drama" to keep you entertained. Men are constantly being used as emotional handymen to fix damage they didn't cause, only to be discarded the second the foundation is stable. It is pure emotional vampirism.

More Trump chaos and incompetence. Hundreds of Americans, including many New Yorkers, are stranded across the Middle East, and the State Department’s message is basically 'good luck.’ Evacuation warnings were issued three days into the war, with airspace shut down and no U.S. government flights in place. This is what happens when you recklessly gut the State Department under DOGE and rush into a war with no plan. Zero planning, zero strategy, and now Americans are paying the price.

I'll say it because everyone else is afraid. The men's accomplishment was a far superior accomplishment. The competition the women faced was far inferior. They outclassed the rest of the world by miles. Not their fault. The men were facing a much more talented team, going against 4 of the 5 best players in the world. Bottom line, women's hockey is just not that interesting. Ask any hockey fan to name 5 players from any other women's gold medal team.
