@MyntraSupport I got another call from Myntra support and Guess what.... They asked me to " WAIT FOR 48 Hrs" Again 🤣 I would definitely advice to Train your team for solving the Technical issue and your QA to perform certain QA testing to avoid this.

@MyntraSupport I tried raising an exchange but it keeps failing with a “Preprocessing error.” Even your agents can’t do it and are doing nothing except asking me to wait 48 hrs. I’ve faced this 3 times in 4 days now. Am I stuck in an endless loop? Please fix this and help me ASAP

Avoid buying from external websites using CRED-generated coupons. @CRED_club acts only as a mediator & takes zero responsibility if you get scammed. Buying from the CRED Store is fine, but avoid external sellers. My Texovera order got returned + no refund, & CRED refused to help

@bigbasket_com I purchased few things around an 80 min ago.... It was showing 17 min to get delivered but after 80+min it is still showing "packed and ready for pickup" why you guys are showing false delivery time? You want to to stay awake and sacrifice my sleep for the delivery
