@nolimit_luke_ “Best possible physique” is a very vague goal. I’d argue your best physique isn’t tied to body fat or number on the scale but the quality of life and time you get back. Not everything in fitness has to be tied to how “shredded” you look.

@realpeteyb123 Based. I've been toying with slowing the weight training and just sticking with weighted dips, pull-ups, push-ups, and non-weighted burpees. Haven't pulled the trigger yet, but it has been in serious consideration as old injuries come on more often and stick around longer.

Did anyone try this? I have a new goal of doing 10 mins and 50 total push ups 7 mins and 10+ push up was tough.... Another goal I am working on is WEIGHTED chin ups. I want to do my body weight, weighted (I weigh 175-180 right now....) So it be 175 bw + additional 175lbs for chin ups I'm chasing these two "strength" goals while increasing my cardio efforts. +5 mounts out from attempting a +100 mile run in a backyard ultra (main goal)
