Okay wow so Apple does now requires every new app to submit a: 1) A screen recording captured on a physical device demonstrating the app's functionality. 2) A description of the app's purpose, including the problem it solves and the value it provides 3) Instructions for accessing and reviewing the app's main features 4) A list of the external services, tools, or platforms the app uses to deliver its core functionality I guess the mass-production of IOS apps really forced Apple to be more strict in their reviewing process 😅 You can ask Claude Code to review your Xcode project and generate a reply to points 2-4 and attach a screen recording!

@ethtachi I've been waiting for 3 days too. I got rejected twice for a very minor issue, fixed it within 10 minutes and resubmitted. I'm still waiting.

Haven’t submitted a new app in 3+ months. So this tweet from Max was actually useful. When submitting a new app, Apple asks for:
1. Screen recording on a physical device showing core user flows
2. App purpose and value description
3. Instructions + test credentials to access features
4. List of external services/SDKs used
5. Regional differences or confirmation there are none
6. Regulatory credentials if applicable

Looks like Apple has introduced its answer to the huge wave of AI-built apps. I started getting this rejection just 30–40 minutes after the initial submission of a new app.
