The most puzzling part about the Marlin Klein pick is that the Texans used the 59th overall pick on a player that feels very developmental. High upside is cool, but it’s hard to be excited about it when the pick could’ve been used to bolster the EDGE rotation or get a LB to compete for a starting spot this season and at worst develop to be the guy next year. Even DB depth like Kionte Scott or AJ Haulcy would’ve been more appealing.
