@iowmillie I switched about a year ago and haven't looked back. Nice that some of the uk mainstream supermarkets are starting to stock them too.

This trip has totally converted me to shampoo bars. My hair feels nicer, my scalp feels nicer, I don't have to lug a huge bottle of shampoo around. Definitely switching when I get back.

I have a feeling this may put an end to the hour record attempts for a while! #UCIHourRecord

Had a brilliant couple of hours pedalling around the Velodrome in Derby. Definitely want to go again at some point. Nervous first few laps but was soon whizzing around thinking I was Laura Kenny!
