@Link_2011A Assuming they didn't kill the 5 lineup, a Xperia 5 IX would be great. Looks like SIX but is a five nine.

@Link_2011A @nakajimegame The 710 is basically a 700C with a minor tweak. They gotta move the LYT7 series to a 1/1.4" size considering the LYT818 and LYT828 are 1/1.28" already.

@gewawd @unit_accord @_hessleo I think it's quite safe to assume the components in the current iPhone Air are as minitiarised as feasibly possible. A boxy design means that for a given dimension, they can fit an ever so slightly larger battery.

@unit_accord @_hessleo bold of you to assume to dimensions won't adjust accordingly and internal components can't be further miniaturized

An iPhone Air with rounded edges. Love it or hate it? Would you switch or stick with the current design?

@the_bike_lover @MicrosoftvApple @itsAaaaashutosh He's giving a creator that has been spewing misinformation a platform. Brands wouldn't send creators without a platform and by subscribing and watching his video, he's supporting someone that isn't worth anyone's time. How is that not a problem.

After saying Find X7 Ultra and Find X8 Ultra had "four sensors bigger than 1-inch", he still didn't learn his lesson and spewed pure misinformation in the first 1 minute of the Find X9 Ultra video 🤣 "Primary sensor is the biggest in a smartphone till date" as if his own previous reviews don't have smartphones with a bigger lens 😭 "3x telephoto has the highest megapixels a telephoto has in a phone" while technically true, it's nothing new and the way he's saying implies it's the first in the industry 😭 "The 10x telephoto is world's first 10x optical lens. All the 10x telephotos till now we're digital" yeah bro the S21 Ultra, S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra were just fever dreams. I didn't even bother watching the video past this mark. There are probably a billion other mistakes. How did this guy get the best tech creator award or whatever 😭

@9lekt @heyitsyogesh No more OnePlus flagships would be a bummer. I find their flagships are the best balance between price and performance. Hoping they at least release a successor to the 13R because the 15R isn't even worth the title.

This OnePlus Realme merger thing was decided by HQ back in November last year It is just becoming news now... Original plan being executed: - OnePlus & Realme merged into a single unit, called Online business with Sky Li as the head - OPPO focused on offline market many more changes will be made soon..

@lakshyalark Was OnePlus profitable? I feel like they were, and realme is basically OnePlus without the reputation so I don't get the decision.

@LuftkoppTim Wouldn't be surprised to see a camera plateau. Maybe they would go with the Xiaomi 17 camera layout to fit the 4 cameras.

The falloff of Apple's grip on its products needs to be studied, and it's a good thing. iMessage? Inferior, forcefully opened up by RCS Lightning? Dead, forcefully by USB C. AirDrop? Not-exclusive, opened by QuickShare.

BREAKING! Samsung Galaxy S27 series will introduce a new “Pro” model — essentially an Ultra without the S Pen. That means the lineup will expand to four models: Galaxy S27, S27+, S27 Pro, and S27 Ultra. Samsung Electronics plans to add a new high-end model to the Galaxy S27 series next year, strengthening its flagship smartphone lineup. This move aims to broaden consumer choice while responding to Apple’s four-model strategy. According to industry sources on April 6, Samsung’s Mobile eXperience (MX) division has decided to introduce a “Pro” model to the Galaxy S27 series, expanding the lineup from three to four models. Since the Galaxy S20 series in 2020, Samsung has maintained a three-tier flagship structure: standard, Plus, and Ultra. This will now evolve into a four-tier lineup: standard, Plus, Pro, and Ultra. An industry insider familiar with the matter said, “Previously, Ultra was the only high-end model. Now Samsung plans to add a Pro, expanding the premium segment to two models. Specific details like display size are not finalized yet, but the general direction is clear: a high-end model without the S Pen, while sharing most of the Ultra’s technologies.” Another source added, “The ‘privacy display’ feature that generated strong reactions on the Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to expand to two models in the next generation, and the newly added model will likely include it.” The last time Samsung added a new model to the Galaxy S lineup was two years ago, when it introduced the Galaxy S25 Edge, emphasizing a thinner design. It was launched two months after the S25 series. Originally, the Edge was intended to replace the Plus model starting from the S26 series. However, due to market feedback, Samsung canceled that plan and returned to developing and releasing the Plus model. This time, the Galaxy S27 Pro is not a replacement, but an expansion of the lineup. Industry observers believe Samsung is aiming to strengthen its position by enhancing the competitiveness of its high-end models while offering more choices. The Pro model is expected to feature technologies that differentiate it from the standard and Plus variants. For example, the Galaxy S26 Ultra introduced features such as the privacy display and a 200MP camera, which were not available on the standard or Plus models. Some analysts also interpret this move as a response to Apple’s four-model strategy. Apple currently structures its lineup with standard models (including the base and Air) and premium models (Pro and Pro Max), while Samsung has so far maintained only a single Ultra model at the high end.
