@MarathonGG_ Except those numbers and ideas arent correct. The player base is tanked. Under Destiny at some points. The Meta Critic score dropped. And the core playerbase isnt going to bring people in. They need the rest of the players interested.

Here is what they said in full - “In our studio business, earnings from Bungie's title portfolio did not reach our expectations, so we downwardly revised our business plan and impaired the full amount of the fixed assets related to Bungie except for goodwill. Player reception to Marathon is strong, with the game receiving a Metacritic score of 82 and more than 90% of the player reviews on Steam being positive. Engagement metrics such as retention also remain at a high level. Going forward, we aim to improve the performance of the game by working to retain highly engaged core users through the introduction of additional content, further improvements in the gameplay experience and expansion of the user base.”

@shakofalltrades @MarathonGG_ The May numbers are worse in way of peak player than March. But the actual rentention is doing much better. Even if it’s only 30k people who are playing daily.

@MarathonDevTeam Do you have any plans to make a lobby system to meet players and form party's and groups based on what gear they're bringing and a load out system so players can use funds or so to purchase a loadoit without having to redo it every single time causing people to go in shieldless

These community maps are going to replace the existing maps in CS2: - Stronghold - Alpine - Warden - Sanctum - Poseidon I’ve had this confirmed by one of my sources. I’m not sure whether they’ll be coming with the Season 4 update or at a later time.

So, Cache is coming but it will stay in the Competitive mode for a few months and get good with feedback before coming back into the Active Duty/Map Pool. But -Train is surprising.

@SteamInvHelper Cool bots can’t get rare drops, and neither can we! Luckily they can’t manipulate the market to make Dreams and Nightmares cases more expensive. or Add double the bots. or Just buy contracts and make profit from their bots that way. Good thing Valve took away rare cases :)

☠️ CS2 farms dead again? According to stats from farming tools, Valve quietly disabled rare case drops this Wednesday and they haven’t dropped at all this week. There’s a chance it’s a temporary change, similar to the 40% Terminal drop chance (or just classic clumsiness from a tiny indie company with one dev 😏). But it’s also possible Gabe is planning a full switch to a Terminal-based system, phasing out rare drops and gradually replacing the active pool . 😐Your opinion, guys?
