Although I would caution that Netanyahu did not speak directly of Israel becoming a superpower. However, the implication was definitely there. I’m also not convinced about the Chinese connection, I see it more of an India thing. Regardless, I think it an interesting conversation and right now, Netanyahu has a very clear objective in this moment to continue the war, so expect him to provide Iran further and don’t be surprised if he attacks energy infrastructure to perpetuate the conflict. He needs for the US to keep bankrolling the destruction. I’m sure he’ll also be pushing for US boots on the ground too.
