My worst nightmare for Lebanon is coming true, and I am beginning to seriously question my assumption that Israel does not want to annex Lebanese territory The Defense Minister's statement today that Israel will occupy a part of Southern Lebanon after the war is inexcusable How can they expect to get rid of Hezbollah, which was founded because of Israel's occupation of Lebanon, if their goal is to occupy Lebanon again?!

these are questions and observations of someone thinking ... not grinding their axe. Firing missiles is not indicative of anything other than inventory burn off to keep the pretense up of having a dog left in the fight. Do you see a strategy? Do you think what's left can't be attritted off? Where is the resupply going to come from, if you do think the IRGC can keep this up? All eyes should be on Qeshm Island.... And lastly, I keep asking the question why does anyone think that Iran is in the right to threaten shipping in waters that are not their territorial waters... the Strait is NOT their water... it's Oman's. So, they are threatening international piracy, but somehow libertarians are siding with those who are attacking someone else's private property in their territorial waters b/c they hate America.
